PS, FYI, new first quarter 2019 Trump climate change "game-changer" rains in the previously super-dry Atacama desert is killing production for evaporation brine pools. Albemarle will probably need $100M just to get a start on "magic beans" membrane concentration machinery (from Germany most likely) and $2B in the long run to update the whole company operation in Chile on their government-leased property as ditto for SQM... hence the probable reason for a recent $500M bond announcement. As you will recall, we will need $537M to accomplish a similar permanent goal/process/operation. During the upcoming Albemarle/SQM changeover process I am thinking export of LCE from Chile is going to drop way down.
