Exactly right. There is no mention in the complaint AT ALL that Ric sold any stock. Any CEO can buy stock in his own company on the market. They are restricted from buying with specific inside information (if there's a merger or other activity that is not public). The SEC does not accuse him of insider trading and they never call it a "pump and dump" because he never sold any shares. They say that it's "market manipulation" - which seems ridiculous with 100 share trades that were all purchased at the offer price.

As far as I'm concerned, I love a CEO that keeps buying his own stock at the market price. It shows confidence.

Regardless - I still believe in the products and the company. GLTYA
