Perhaps that alone. Though their has been many "chirps" or purports about the4less having clean books and being, a new ticker, fresh start. Now, I understand we had to dilute before the RS as Med Careers but I think what also adds to people's confusion or skepticism are the purports, bird chirps, that we, as in 4less, a new ticker, going public, had clean books, fresh start ect, ect. We are now the 4 less group so any past dilution relating to Med Careers should have been handled before the split as MCGI, just a strange way to lead up to a 10Q, as a new company/ticker with millions in financials by diluting in anticipation?

People notice and think its odd and weird.
