seems like a play on the market hype rather than a business plan. Love the chart, love the product, love the company structure, but something is off for me.

why is this the second LOI and why does it really take so long to close. If the actual date is Sunday (45days) then I would assume the papers be signed by now. so why hold that news? there is no way you are going to schedule the last meeting for the very last day possible. would love an update so I can sink back into this.
