Hmm...Hard to say, I have not been following the trading very closely at all but just looking at L2 and the recent volume, I'd think for a 18K share float you'd see more extreme movement, even on that little volume.
I agree L2 does not look quite as thin as you'd expect either. IDK...tough call. Technically, I'd think it should look thinner then something like EV_GI, but it doesn't, so I don't know.
