The ones that lie, that's who. They cant even provide proof of this income. It's easy to put out numbers over a tweet if your the company doing the scamming like arrayit is doing. It all might be believable if they provided proof but that seems to be hard if they dont actually make those earnings. And also if this was all true we wouldn't be sitting at the 6 cent region.
