Why= So they get better exposure and easier to raise Money via brokerage firm support- Why? Brokerage firms need to make money and make lots of money from raises. This company has it all! A+ Management, cutting edge tech, patents, revenue ,+positive EBITDA and is acquisition oriented
Of course not straight up, but the logic of all this is especially glaring because of the players that have their names on the door
