Well for starters look at the value Acreage looks to command in the states through its business and political connections. Share exchange 1 for 1 would make shareholders get on board with this. Consideration only needed to be $1, so the $1.50 per share would be unnecessary.

1 for 1 is what I would vote for. Nothing less.
