If the shares comp to Mona was only $3M then the SP would be $2.75 to $3.00. Mona's options and warrants had to be recognized (again non-cash) to complete the process of his retirement. If this was to happen in a year when the SP could be at the $10 to $15 range, then that number would be much bigger, $14 to $20 M . All these stock compensations appreciated like the SP did, a 1,000+%. Again a part of the success story of the company.
So again, numbers are all relative. Will it be an opportunity if the SP drops for the next few days? It always does after the Q reports, only to come back and reach new resistance levels.
The outlook is better than great because it is just the beginning of a long term trend and the fins are as strong as always. Unfavorable regulatory markets are settling down as expected and sales numbers keep climbing to new records. Honestly, I think that the slowing GROWTH period is over.
Feeling optimistic after meeting with the NASDAQ sounded great too. And the "lumpy upward" comment did it for me.
