Im no legal expert but I have a feeling this case is gonna get thrown even before it starts... Correct me if im wrong but one other lawsuit was thrown out because the parties involved were not serviced properly. I See all Kinds of issues
already ..
1. The summons was sent to bannor macgregor's old address and that house was sold in october 2018;

2. The summons was notorized by the legal secretary with and expired license and that expired in 2005 and then someone crossed out the 05 and hand wrote 21 to mean it expired in 2021. Click on the affidavit of service..
