Oral arguments in the Bass lawsuit occurred last week. Below is a link to the Fifth Court of Appeals case. A recording of Oral arguments was uploaded. If I recall, this is a hearing based on Bass appealing the initial ruling in favor of UDF that the case may proceed.

I think UDF has a much stronger case than Bass. Their lawyer did a great job. The lawyer for Bass seems to be changing their story and watering down the claims/accusations they made.

I expect the appeal to be denied and head to trial. There is a link to view some supporting documents the UDF lawyer used and a second link to download an audio recording of the event.
