If you're studying publicly held beverage companies...

You have to study 'end-stage' valuation of the privately held ones, and their takeout valuations - which aren't multiples of earnings because typically they have no earnings! Think Core Water and a dozen others.

Essentia was rumored to be worth $500 million versus $100 million in sales last year. Now they are at $215 million in sales, trailing twelve. If they get taken out at $1 billion...
