better call the us attorney's office for the district dallas is in. i am telling you, this stinks like crazy. management was never making $8mil. my gut bet is on money being laundered in from another source and being annotated as "revnues" in their filings. they have closed shop and run off with the plug. the cash is gone. they bled the company dry and have financed private operations that you guys will never know anything about. the only way to find out is by alerting the irs, the us attorney's office in dallas, and the sec. i am sorry for the people here who have lost so much money. the handwriting is on the wall. these guys are going to be in big trouble soon imo. big trouble. gxxm caveat emptor.
