Got call from Shareholder Services and their Proxy Services Center, first with recorded message requesting I vote, and that the Helios board recommends a 'yes' vote on the measure (not stated as plural measures), and then with option for me to hit 'option 1' to be connected to a live representative to make my vote over the phone.

I have now also received my proxy from my brokerage.
