That's what they all say. Over promise and under deliver is the norm.

At this level - Sometimes the predictions come to fruition sometimes not.

When companies like GIGL (no toxic loans, low OS) come through with a promise $$$$$$$$ piles up when you own cheep shares.

First Amendment Rights do not cover deliberately making false statements.
