Just spoke with Stephanie...apparently Roger left for personal reasons and caught everyone off guard....she said we were all shocked. She also said that he has done an amazing job transforming and turning around Avid...it is now strong financially and set up for future growth. She also said that he left alone and no one else from his team or those he recruited are leaving?

So all of the above and $5 gets you a coffee at Starbucks!
