What is wrong here? Why DANR was assigned a "Caveat Emptor" label? There is no any most recent updating or activities from the company at all?

Anyway DANR is trading at $261K market value (MV) now v.s. its peer (167M shares OS at $0.0011) at $183K MV currently. The MV of DANR at $0.0036 = the MV of that peer at $0.0093.
