Seriously, it is encouraging that the II numbers continue to increase. Usually those investors do extensive due diligence, which often can include discussions with sr. management.

In the interim, the low volume and share price fluctuation doesn't mean much. Once good news comes I think this will start moving, and what a coincidence, the big players will be in by that time.
