Actually pink scams have the following traits I have noticed with my over 16 years of trading penny stocks.

1) They have billions upon billions of shares outstanding with AS share counts in billions.

2) They dilute heavily daily and have volume of 100 million to 1 billion a day!!!

3) They don't put out PRs. They save money by the CEO just posting on twitter about upcoming events. Sometimes they have a buddy on the messageboard that they email with.

4) They always seem to have deals with 50-100 millions...rather than normal deals for small cap companies in 100k-500k range.

There are many more...but GCAN has none of this.
