Yes, we disagree in almost everything.

1. What I see is not solid volume, actually I see it very low, that's why I'm sure is not dilution.

2. I have been a shareholder for more than 2 years, so I know a lot of the history of the company and I see a clear path of how revenue will be increased and more than that I have seen that demonstrated with the increases of more than 100% in the last quarters.

3. I also think that most of the folks that get boured and leave are already gone and we have a strong shareholder base. That is why we see small volume, most of longs don't want to sell and most of potential new investors don't know about the company or are waiting for S1 or Etrade situation to be solved.

The part that I agree with you is that about 95% of pinks use dilution to raise money for the company, but I also think VRUS is a gem rarely seen here and that is why they are going to get uplisted as announced. Just look at the last deal, they are going to pay the acquisition with revenue coming from the bought company, not with ditlution.

Finally, VRUS has all the qualificaitons to be an OTCQB and was already, but because of trading below 0.01 it became a pink, but continued with the same discipline, being audited, sec. compliant, etc.

I respect your points but wanted to share mine and as you said, we shall see.
