Sorry... I'm a bull/long here... But alerting the SEC of people like Gonzilee is a waste of time and effort...

The SEC isn't going to do anything or even begin to care...

They probably get millions of alerts like this constantly and no way they can investigate all of them... It's really not their focus...

Really, the best thing you can do is post the truth to counter him or ignore him...

Trust me when I say what anyone says on iHub has little to no impact on the stock's behavior as a while anyways... People worth a damn or "whales" don't rely on other people's opinions and DD, they do their own research, and most big moves are usually perpetuated by insider knowledge of something followed by short squeezes and other buyers... No one really pays iHub attention, where there is always a constant back and forth and tons of bad information making what's good info hard to pick out...

I wouldn't worry about any of it...
