Wow, you guys are so lucky to have stolen Hundreds Of Millions Dirt Cheap shares at 0.0001 before while my order at 0.0001 was never filled since 2018! Anyway I Slapped 50,000,000 shares at 0.0002 on Monday and I might Slap another 50M shares at 0.0002 once I sold another of my stocks. ACTL is the Cheapest OTC stock among Thousands of peers! It will be very easy to run 10-Bagger Quick rally from here based on its FIXED Small OS and much much smaller float shares...

Those very lucky 0.0001 buyers should buy at least Half The Amount of shares at 0.0002 to be fair to all the other unlucky ACTL buyers!

Those 0.0002 sellers should move up their selling orders to 0.0003 ~ 0.0012 or higher price levels in order to form a New bottom at 0.0002!

Breaking-out the resistance at 0.0003 is the Key to see 0.0012 again!

Hopefully no more significant amount of shares being sold at 0.0001 since this hidden gem is heading onto 0.0012 or higher price levels!

Almost all the similar-SS peers are trading at over Ten Times higher market value now!

I wish the company will update us in the coming days/weeks!
