DUMPED IT ALL!! At a 20% loss --- MY particular 'Stop Loss'. Read the following carefully, guys. Because SRUTF's so-called "DISRUPTIVE" Water-Soluble routine may in fact be absolutely irrelevant to the entire Cannabis edibles & beverages industry. And coming from me --- the (formerly) most stentorian champion of SRUTF --- you just might want to see why I am totally OUT of SRUTF (at least for now).

(1.) THE MYTH OF "DISRUPTIVE TECHNOLOGY": With its so-called "Water-Soluble", "Patent-Pending", formula for making pot snacks & drinks, SRUTF claims they will eventually OVERWHELM the (purportedly) antiquated "Fat-Soluble" Cannabis competition. Well, just yesterday, it finally dawned upon me, my friends, that it is very likely that --- from the perspective of Cannabis CONSUMERS especially --- nobody cares about anything "WATER-SOLUBLE". Indeed, from my own experience here in California with "Medical Marijuana" cookies, drinks, etc., today's pot snack consumers may actually PREFER the effects of FAT-soluble Cannabis products over SRUTF's WATER routine. WHY?? For starters, FAT-soluble cookies, candies, drinks, etc., affect the ENTIRE autonomic nervous system, and nearly every ORGAN in the body. Including the gastro-intestinal track. I.e., FAT-soluble grass does NOT result in the superficial, fleeting, BRAIN-RUSH of a pot smoke. And, that is a MONSTER difference. A difference which SRUTF has completely ignored. Also, that is a huge mistake. Remember, SRUTF fans, all of the World's long-established beer, wine, & otherwise ALCOHOL product vendors have long capitalized on the fact that LIVER-metabolized beverages (like alcohol) affect, relax, & overwhelm the ENTIRE body & mind. As is indeed the case with FAT-soluble Cannabis edibles & drinks. Bottom line, I am NOT yet convinced at all that fans of THC cookies & drinks are seeking a QUICK-RUSH-HIGH, as if smoking a pot cigarette. Indeed, it may well turn out that fans of pot edibles, beverages, etc., are seeking just the OPPOSITE of what SRUTF has to offer: To wit, that long-term, mind-AND-body, overwhelming "high" of FAT-soluble Cannabis products. I may be wrong, but I do not think so. I am out.

(2.) THE MYTH OF THE "PREMIUM" PRODUCT: Secondly, I believe SRUTF is making yet another huge mistake by adopting the marketing strategy of nearly ALL of the scores of new Legal Cannabis upstarts: E.g., "At Platinum Pot Company, our supreme goal is to become the World's leading purveyor of PREMIUM Cannabis products." WRONG!! In my humble opinion, the only companies that will succeed in legal Cannabis will be those who become the Walmart, Ebay, Target, or Dollar Tree of the pot industry. I.e., those vendors who sell REASONABLY-good-quality Cannabis stuff, but at very LOW prices. And with FREE shipping to boot!! Indeed, for that reason alone, "MedMen", for example, ain't gonna make it, folks, in the new world of legal Cannabis. MedMen is trying to become the "Saks Fifth Avenue" of pot stores. MEDMEN WILL FAIL!!

(3.) DID NOT SKYROCKET ON GREAT NEWS: If SRUTF's "Water-Soluble" process was truly a universally-acknowledged "Disruptive Technolody" for CANNABIS stuff, it surely would have skyrocketed in price. But it did just the oppositve. (A little comeback TODAY in price, but I am not convinced). And, more importantly, neither is the Cannabis industry convinced. WHY!! Again, because it is very likely that Cannabis CONSUMERS --- when they buy cookies, candies, or drinks --- simply do NOT want that superficial, quick, fleeting, & otherwise BRAIN-only-RUSH of a marijuana SMOKE. In any event, I am already OUT. Nevertheless, I will still WATCH Sproutly Canana, to see if I am eventually proven absolutely correct, or stupidly WRONG. Good luck!!! (And yes, "ScareCrow" dude, I still have a lot more CROW to eat. HA!!)
