Rossi indicated within the last few days on twitter that orders are there and sales are there to support his 5M sales goal 2019.

That being said the market cannot properly value this stock until we see financial filings. The K is known. It will mirror 2017 results. The Q1 report is the tantalizing filing that may ignite this stock as people see 1000 percent gains in sales. Until that time it's just faith.

I would rather see a much higher PPS for future capital raises than late filings and a depressed PPS when and if raises are accomplished.

I do like the idea that Rossi will deliver back to treasury some or most of his current common holdings once CSE listing is achieved. That will help offset any changes to the O/S. Helps provide a higher valuation for the PPS and a better return for longs.

Hopefully we see the K this week rather than months from now.
