I think many people underestimate the amount of fraud, money laundering, and organized crime on the OTC.

I haven't assumed that he is crooked, but his level of involvement is cause for concern and reason enough for me not to get involved with this penny stock.

The fact that the PR's let people assUme that GPNE owns the mine is also worrisome.
