Our goal is to hire at least 70% of our operations staff (175 of 250) from the local job market. Some roles in mining are specialized (e.g., metallurgist, E&I Tech, mining engineer), and we may need to bring in people from elsewhere. If so, locals will learn valuable skills while working alongside these folks.
