GTEC has completed the acquisition of their flagship retail store "Cake Cannabis Co" in Vancouver. Seems like they got a good deal for $2,113,000 considering it's in a affluent part of the city.

The store could pay for itself in just a few years if they can hit the industry average of $1-2M per store for large city stores. Also has some serious square footage with 4,000 sq ft of retail space.

Company seems to be executing their plan for a retail footprint. Now they can sell their ultra-premium flower directly to consumers. No middleman. Higher Margins. Good job GTEC. Now for store number two. imho glta.
