Fluke. just my take. the market was/is expecting something more solid than what was said in the PR

from the PR: "Mr Young will also give an update on Fuel Frontiers' current projects and long-term plans and will expand on opportunities, issues and challenges for future plant development."

We want bond money, shovels in the soil, cement trucks at toms river, not issues, challenges and opportunities
