I’ve seen plenty of explanations provided on here, it’s just not what you want to hear. In a nutshell, you’re talking about something that won’t even start for another six months and something that may not be as extreme as you claim. Yes, there will probably be quite a bit of dilution, but I still standby, if they are using it to grow and expand the business, the short-term pain is worth it. The truly toxic debt is when companies need it just to keep the lights on and aren’t generating any value in return.
