You won't see news until:

a) they complete their current financials, which goes back to to previous YoY quarters and prior years results of the combined companies.

b) are no longer marked as non-reporting by the SEC.

Can't push PR when non-reporting unless you're on the Pink Sheets, which they were for a few days.

But they didn't issue PR when they were on the Pink Sheets which shows they are doing this right.

Once they complete their revised financials and audit, those days should be behind us.
