the shares are being converted...it's reflective in the financials...very detailed breakdown. What I am saying now is there is additional manipulation as the amount of restricted shares is close to 160M...we don't have the volume to support that level of dilution. Hmmm...what can be done to make it look like there's dilution without physically unloading a bunch of shares? There is not anywhere close to the buying interest needed to offload that amount of shares...you can keep those restricted and naked short the share price as far as you can...let up and let the day traders drive the volume back up and rinse and repeat...when the restriction is lifted then the naked exposure can be covered. So again he gets the .003-.11 captured...he then makes whatever he does from the naked shorting...then when he covers he gets to capture the appreciation back to fair value above .45.
