Here is what I have observed, let me know if you see it the same:

1.) Note holder or who ever dumps a ton of shares on the bid and the stock price goes way down;

2.) Collier, Mann or who ever then hits the ask (which has a big spread) for 500-5k shares thus bringing the SP back up as if nothing happened; then

3.) MM or the note holder's broker or who ever then executes a small trade on the bid 500-2k shares and brings it back down.

My observation is that this stock is highly manipulated by many parties. Collier is obviously manipulating the SP after a huge dump on the bid and now someone is offsetting his trades.

More reason to not hit the ask and just wait for the SP to go below another support level. You can pretty much time the entry and exit because they are putting out PR's like there is no tomorrow. They have cornered themselves and now only results (actual revenue and profit) will save this bloated pig.
