and once the app goes live and the webSITE is live and everything is launched all that is irrelevant. For now, I'm refreshing because that will be my first indication to hit BUY-AGAIN!!

Transparent/competent company would know how to stand up new web sight without bringing working one offline. I can tell you don’t know the tech piece of this. Same transparent company would want to give perception of knowing what they are doing by being able to keep said web sight up anywhere near a launch.
