There has been supposedly “good data” for a decade but the several rounds of crack new management teams have to resort to raiding the cash war chest simply to get a single demo up and running. This after two major failures with commercial operators. Honestly the solution to pipeline capacity is not by employing a network of devices that still requires the use of existing dilution techniques. The solution is to move new mini upgrading facilities closer to the line and ship without diluents all together. This is where the industry is spending its CapEx.
