Yep. It's been down for well over an hour now.

The problem earlier today was electricity. For some inexplicable reason they didn't even know there was a problem until after our big UPS's finally gave up the ghost.

I suspect it's the same problem tonight.

I hate them. Have spent the past hour trying to reach anyone, to no avail.
