Largely accurate explanation. It IS complicated because there is Collins, followed by Collins appeal, followed by Collins en banc which remains pending.

The original ruling by Judge Atlas regarding illegal Director structure was consistent with the recent 9th Circuit ruling.

This appears to be headed to the Supreme Court for resolution. Other than the delaying aspect, this seems to me the best shot at a ruling favoring shareholders.
