This could be a very attractive R/M target

With the low O/S, low float, no dilutive debt, no lawsuits, and an attractive tax loss carryforward. The only possible downside is that it only has 40+ shareholders. This could pop at any time. The way that the management uses creativity to generate revenue to support the company while it is getting started tells me that they will succeed and probably in a short period of time.
