To all newcomers out there what do you think about a company that puts out a NT but doesn't file in the obliged time frame. EVEN AFTER 11 MONTHS ?EVEN AFTER OTHER FINANCIALS?? No main website, no financials and no project. You do the math because apparently they can't. LOL
First they stay current and then they stop. hmmmm who would that? Maybe a company that is closing shop? Buyers beware.

3Power Energy Group, Inc. (the “Registrant”) was unable, without unreasonable effort or expense, to file its Annual Report on Form 10-K for the period ended March 31, 2018 (the “Annual Report”) by the June 29, 2018 filing date applicable to smaller reporting companies due to a delay experienced by the Registrant in completing its financial statements and other disclosures in the Annual Report. As a result, the Registrant is still in the process of compiling required information to complete the Annual Report and its independent registered public accounting firm requires additional time to complete its review of the financial statements for the quarter ended March 31, 2018 to be incorporated in the Annual Report. The Registrant anticipates that it will file the Annual Report no later than the fifteen-calendar day following the prescribed filing date.
