The address is Eddie's late parents house. According to tax records it is owned by the family's TAZ TRUST which his brother Boris serves as trustee. My guess is Eddie apparently rents it with proceeds split between his siblings. I'm not sure what "#2504" refers to ...possibly a bedroom from which he runs his scamming empire.
The http://www.tntmediaproductions.com domain is for sale (a cybersquatter wants $677 for it). It was owned by Eddie's sister Angie Tassan along with TNT Media Group LLC and TNT Media Productions LTD. This actually was a legit business at one time. She was involved in Eddie's penny scams (ARTFEST- SEC revoked, TRADESTAR $TSRR, Starfestdirect, Art Channel TV etc. --and apparently AURI since her website is displayed on OTC. https://www.linkedin.com/in/atassan
