I cannot stop laughing. You must really irritate the Puppet board with your comments.

First; in the filings it said that the board was considering your resignation. Don't see the follow up 8K. Its not rocket science to file a simple 8K. Probably don't have the money to pay for it.
Man even a plumber can do it. I must apologize. A plumber did do it.

Second INQD operates out of "Stor" Self Storage. A $75/month PO box.
Where was the vote to move the headquarters? Where are all the prototypes and company assets now?

Third; INQD is a shell company by the simple fact that; since you quit and according to the filings INQD only has 2 employees and operates out of a PO box.

Finally and I really cannot stop laughing.
INQD spent only $88,000 between 2013 and Q3 2018 for R&D. Funny they payed more for your salary in ONE year then they payed for R&D in 6 years. That's about 15,000 a year in R&D. Big spending. ONLY $2000 since 2017. Must be ramping up.

For a supposed R&D company that's NOTHING. I guess they are real innovators. Leaders in the industry. Where did all the money go? NOT R&D or rent or filings. YOU ARE FOOLING NO ONE.

We don't know about Q1 2019 since that filing is May 15 but wait they didn't file the 8K confirming you are no longer with the company and the 10k financials for April. That isn't a little late they are DELIQUENT PERIOD. Its closing time boys...….

It shows in the filings that the company has $30,000 in assets.
What I wonder is. How much of that is business equipment that you kept FROM INQD INVESTORS when you quit. I would bet $1,000,000 that you kept all of the INQD assets in your possession when you left. My bunch of thieves comments may not be descriptive enough.

The only reason you are here, on this forum, is you have a brick ton of worthless stock like the rest of us and you are willing to lie about INQD to PUMP you stock options.

INQD owns nothing. I don't see any patents or filings indicating the company is nothing more than a stock scam.

Press releases designed to pump stock and vaporware partnerships prove nothing. I don't see anything coming from INQD in years and that was to Pump and Dump some stock for insider traders.
