You’ll over analyze this way to much.

It’s quite simple, Rotmans consolidated into VYST = A much bigger share price and successful future regardless of minor stock split or organic transition.

Personally don’t think they will need a stock split with that being said. It would be stupid to not see how it goes without a stock split before doing one IMO and this is just common sense to any hater out there.

And for the records for all that think the OS is so crazy high and dilutive go find another stock with only a billion shares in the OTC world. Good luck!
