I think we have to keep in mind that this was more than likely a very difficult termination for him, and there would have needed to be something pretty severe. (i.e. not able to handle something critical, ignoring calls/emails from stores, etc.) Don't get me wrong, she seems great from her social media (other than grammar), but obviously there is more to the story.
