I can answer the 1st question and I have zero contact with anyone a cvbt. The stock is not relisting this year. Common sense should tell us that unless trials have been completed and there is a product ready for market a relisting of the stock at $3 dollars would be a fire sale and the price would quickly become a dime. Then try to move the company forward with the stock diluted and devalued.

I do hope there is some announcement concerning trials.
