The pieces are slowly falling in place.

Yeah, it looks like they are getting ready. The initial $1,000,000 investment by Sugarmade into Hempistry was in common shares allowing Sugarmade common shareholders to possibly benefit from any future initial public offering of Hempistry. But, I think they may just do a reverse merger with Hempistry and roll the whole thing in together. That would be nice then we could just use the Hempistry name. I don't know if NUGS has any investments in Hempistry.
