They need to reach a NASDAQ price and also to attract institutional investors. Reality check! They will either list @ $2 minimum or $3 depending upon the specific nasdaq listing. The best situation would be for the stock to migrate to $5 in order to attract large wire houses, indexes, hedge funds that need higher levels of share price.
Another angle is that are going to raise money and the higher the price the less it dilutes .
Realize this ! last year only 2 companies uplisted from OTC to Nasdaq
so it is a big deal! If we get lucky they could appear at nasdaq to open the trading day. This would give the huge eyeballs. Personally i think
that this will happen unless there is a new issue that day.
Heard via the grapevine that the there are pending game changers. I do believe that the fireworks will only begin once listing is complete within weeks.

3. stock can be solicited
4.contracts are announced or additional acquisitions
5. money raise at much higher prices
6. other publications and media sources pick up and expose PRED
