If the ultimate goal is nasdaq their guidelines are different. The ratios of as and os have to be within a certain %range of each other. Along with a sold pps timeframe of 30 days. Minimum is 4.00 so with fins and other info hitting. Might be institutional investor setting up fles guidelines of os increase to get there sooner vs later if the ratios were out of wack. It wasn't that much increase after rs. After all the fins should take us to atleast 4.00 right? Just an observation of hoping that is the reason. Would be nice to see a looking forward statement tomorrow to set the week out on a positive note.
