I am simply exploring. What we should be doing on this forum, is examine and discuss our options. Because believe me when I say the BOD doesn't have all the answers either.

If it were up to me, we would partner with a Chinese billionaire business man willing to invest $150M and another $200M of his own money. Convert 20,000 hectares in Shenwan to cheap 2G or 3G ODRAS. Your biggest problem would probably be, building an educational center large enough to keep up with the pace of construction. lol. Because you have to educate all those farmers.

That's from an operational point of view. For perception, it would probably be better to team up with a big company from abroad. Quite a few have been mentioned (by me) already.
