Sorry! If you felt I am rude. The ceo is so secretive that i smell BO. He delivered $22 mil Cipla deal which has shocked many nay sayers. He tactfully included offering of 14 mil in Cipla agreement. I feel that is was done to keep SP low so that Clarke’s proxies loads up. Intercostal bought 10% of the total co after that. There is no CMO/CSO makes it also more puzzling about Trial administration. It may happen that Cipla will buy Pulm like the bought Invagen for $550 mil in 2015. Cipla is very interested in getting into branded drugs.
