I along with a few other posters have for years tried to worn investors of investing in this company.
Mr. James C Vowler has SCREWED so many people.
I wont go into the past people / companies he has screwed, i will leave this to other people to post.
I will address CREDO VENTURES LLC.
This so called company was a partnership between UPZS and Kevin Serrano.
If you check with the CA. State of Corporations you will not find UNIQUE PIZZA & SUBS CORP. ( back then ) listed as a partner in this LLC.
In 2017 Mr.James C Vowler was added as a member of the LLC along with Ms. Sandra Dorian ( Kevin Serrano Mother)
So ! at no time was UPZS a partner in CREDO VENTURES LLC.
Mr. James C Vowler then said the loan ( $475,000 ) Ms. Sandra Dorian loaned to CREDO VENTURES LLC was not a loan to UPZS.
But UPZS carried this loan on there books for years.
He screwed Sandra Dorian ( Kevin Serrano Mother )
Kevin has closed the "UNIQUE" Tap House Sports Grill.
Look for years of lawsuits.
