I guess my memory fails me because I remember setting at my desk of a closed factory from the housing crisis's. Watching all this drama play out and buying some fnma. Debating on buying some aig...I did not. I bought fnma. But i remember the day the Treasury issued a load of shares it held steady. I think the recession added to the headwind it faced anyhow so that pushed it lower on the pps. I also remember Aig victory win over the warrants the Government issued itself was illegal.
Im certain this will be challenged in the courts the day the Government decides to convert the warrants.
